Welcome to the new Sedona Woods website. Sedona Woods is a new development by Centex Homes and Thompson Development located at 136th Street and Promise Road. This website was constructed to keep neighbors informed with what is going on in our neighborhood and surrounding areas.  Even though the community is still under development and the association has not been turned over, I felt it was still very important to our community to start this web page. This web site is maintained and paid for by a resident of Sedona Woods.

You may visit the Documents section to download a copy of our Covenants and Restrictions as well as the Bylaws.  You can also chat with you neighbors in our password protected Chat room.  Find out what events the neighborhood & Fishers has coming up.

As of December 2007, Community Associates of Indiana, formerly Revel and Underwood, has taken over all the managerial duties for Sedona Woods. All problems and questions need to be directed to them instead of contacting the developer. (ie: snow removal, acc requests, covenant violations, dues questions, complaints, reporting problems...)  The telephone number for the new management company is, 877-875-5600.
